Chef Emily Hahn, a former Top Chef contestant and Chopped competitor, is the Chef and Owner of Mountain Provisions, where she specializes in immersive outdoor culinary experiences. Showcasing Montana's rich agricultural bounty-from vibrant, farm-fresh vegetables and heritage grains to regeneratively raised beef and local bison- Chef Em crafts meats that highlight the dedication of local farmers and ranchers, creating dishes deeply connected to the land and the people who sustain it. This summer she is hosting a Summer Farm Dinner Series on 4 different farms around the valley.
